A Snowy Churches Together Carol Service

On Sunday 10th December, members of the Choir and Orchestra took part in the Churches Together Carol Service in the School Hall. It was really well attended by families and members of the church communities.

The Midsomer Norton and Radstock Silver Band played a selection of carols; there were readings and a Christmas message.

The Choir sang three songs and this was followed by two pieces by the Orchestra.

With the snow swirling around outside, it was apt that the orchestra played 'In the Bleak Midwinter' and 'Good King Wenceslas'

Thanks to all the families that attended and thanks to the churches for the free mince pies, buiscuits and drinks.

We raised £106 for the 'Rainbow Trust'. Making a grand total of £198 for a weekend's charity work!

Ho! Ho! Ho!
